This article will help you with the installation and use of the Microsoft Remote Help application.

Installation

Software Center

Available to install from the MCCCD Software CenterUploaded Image (Thumbnail)

Application Use


Login

  • Open the application from the Start Menu.
  • Log into the application using your MEID@maricopa.edu email
  • Logging into the application will prompt for a Duo Authentication.
  • Once logged in, you will get a prompt to input a Security Code from the Help Desk Agent.
  • Input that code and click Submit.
  • Once the Agent connects, you will be asked to approve the session. Click Allow to continue.
