"Email not found" error when logging in at Webex.com
When attempting to sign in at webex.com, users are unable to log in and receive an "email not found" error.
Steps
Users may not be able to sign in at webex.com for several reasons. This may include not having a Webex host account, having an inactive host account, or being a faculty or staff user. If your believe your account is inactive or may not have one, you will need to contact the helpdesk at your college. For faculty or staff users, your sign in may not work on Webex.com and you may need to follow the steps below..
Faculty and Staff Users:
- Instead of logging in at webex.com, navigate to the Maricopa Webex Portal and sign in - https://maricopa.webex.com.
- If you are still unable to sign in on this site, contact your local college helpdesk for assistance.
