- Navigate to https://lastpass.com/vault/ and login to your account

- Go the item or folder you want to share with someone or groups > right-click > select Share

- Enter the name of the person or group you would like to share the vault, and click Share.

- Next, go to Sharing Center > Manage Shared Folders > click on Manager Recipients

- Search the user or group under Invite Users or Group search field, and select their name. Note that the name selected will appear or populated under the Invite button
- Check-mark all the appropriate boxed and click Save changes to complete the task
