How to check out/renew a student laptop – Student laptop loan program application
Navigate to the main Estrella Mountain website, https://www.estrellamountain.edu, and select "Students" in the tab bar at the top or look for the “STUDENT TOOLS” tab in the tab bar below the picture.

Scroll down and look for the Tech Support tab.

Look for LAPTOP LOAN PROGRAM APPLICATION on the left hand side of the screen

Once you click on LAPTOP LOAN PROGRAM APPLICATION, you will be asked to sign into your Maricopa.edu account. Once signed in, it will redirect to a Dynamic Forms page where you will fill out all necessary information and electronically sign.

Once the form is signed and submitted, it will go through an approval process. Once that approval process is complete, you will receive an email from the Estrella Hall Computer Commons, giving you instructions on how and when to pick up the laptop. NOTE** Loaner laptop agreements are only good for the semester. Either return the laptop towards the end of the semester to the Computer Commons or submit a renewal request for that laptop to keep for the upcoming semester. Failure to do so will result in charges being placed on your account until the laptop is returned in good, working order. You will be responsible for damages as well.
