DUO has multiple methods to help authenticate your account. Not all of these methods are equal in terms of security features and ease of use. The DUO phone application can use one touch (Push). The information provided when accepting one touch access from the app can help keep your account secure. Using the other forms are secure, but do not provide control to users wh, decide at that time if the login should be allowed.
As we see in the picture above, the mobile app has the name of the application in the approval request along with the username and where the login is occurring from, as well as the local time,
Remember, if you are receiving alerts in the DUO mobile app that are happening when you are not logging in, and/or originate from strange locations and at weird times you may need to con reset your password
