Web Searches May Contain Malware!

When searching the web for answers, be careful!

When you are doing research or studying for a class, sometimes bad actors will take advantage of people looking for answers online. The bad actors use many tactics to convince you to download or run a program. Some of the ways are to use ads on legitimate websites, online search results, and/or spoofing legitimate sites for instance Gogole.com instead of Google.com. The most common attacks attempt to trick the user to run a program instead of a template. Generally, templates end in either ".docx" ".doc".

Be careful when doing research, double check all sources that ask you to download any file and run them.
