Employee Laptop Checkout Procedure

 

·         Navigate to EMCC home page at https://www.estrellamountain.edu/ and click the Employees

tab located at the top of the page


·         Below the Employees title on the employees tab you will see a box labeled Administrative Services / Department Sites

·         In the Administrative Services / Department Sites box, click on the Information Technology link



·         On the top right of the Information Technology page, there is a dropdown tab called Services

·         Select Equipment Checkout from the Services dropdown


 

·         Click the Property Loan Agreement link found towards the middle of the Equipment Checkout

page


·         Choose your supervisor in the Supervisor dropdown list and click continue

·         Fill out all applicable fields in the Property Loan Agreement dynamic form
