Creating
a Mathworks/MatLab account
Step 1: Use this link to
navigate to the Mathworks/Matlab portal.

Click on “Sign in to get started”
Step 2: Once at the Log on screen, you
will select “No account? Create one!”
Step 3: For Email address, use MEID@maricopa.edu,
fill out the rest and click ‘Create’.
Step 4: You will receive
an email to verify your account.
Step 5: You will be
redirected to another web page where you will fill out the rest of your account
information. Password preferences should be normal (at least 8 characters, 1
capital letter, 1 number, 1 special. Ex. Password123$)
Step 6: Once you have
created your account, you will now have access to Matlab Online and training
material. NOTE: You will not be able to use the
“Install MATLAB” option on your work computer, as it will require admin privileges
and will not be installed at this time.
You are now set up and ready to use MATLAB. If you
have any questions or concerns, please submit a Help Desk ticket and/or call
