How to
Connect to a Printer
EMCC printers now are installed through the PaperCut Print
Deploy Client. Please follow the instructions below to add printers to a
computer. Once added, the printer will remain available for use.
- Open the System Tray by clicking on the caret located on
the lower right corner of the Desktop.
- Click on the PaperCut Print Deploy Client icon as shown in
the picture below.
- A callout with two options will be displayed: click on
“View my printers.”
- The PaperCut Print Deploy Client app window will open. On
the left side of the window click on “Add Printers.”
- On the top right, in the search printers field type the
name of the printer to be installed.
- Once the desired printer is displayed, click on the
“Install” button on the right.
- The printer will install within a few minutes.
