How to Connect to a Printer

EMCC printers now are installed through the PaperCut Print Deploy Client. Please follow the instructions below to add printers to a computer. Once added, the printer will remain available for use.

  1. Open the System Tray by clicking on the caret located on the lower right corner of the Desktop.

  1. Click on the PaperCut Print Deploy Client icon as shown in the picture below.

  1. A callout with two options will be displayed: click on “View my printers.”

  1. The PaperCut Print Deploy Client app window will open. On the left side of the window click on “Add Printers.”

 

  1. On the top right, in the search printers field type the name of the printer to be installed.

 

 

  1. Once the desired printer is displayed, click on the “Install” button on the right.

 

 

  1. The printer will install within a few minutes.
