If you haven't attended any Maricopa colleges in the past year, chances are that your MEID is no longer active. You can easily reactivate you account by following the steps below. During this process, if you get a message saying that a "partial match" or "possible match" was found, this means that there is a problem related to your student record. Please verify that the information entered is correct. If you are still running into an issue. please give us a call at 623-845-3555 option 2 so we can verify that there are no locks on your account.
Steps to reactivate your account:
1. Go to https://admissions.maricopa.edu/ID/Reactivate/
2. Enter only the required information marked with the asterisk (*) symbol
3. Create a new password and click on "Reactivate your MEID"
