OIT works on convenient solutions to benefit our end-users and provide the community with “self-service" capabilities. Examples of this exist for specific applications already owned by the institution and a few open-source titles. Though not yet comprehensive, OIT will continue to publish apps in these tools for use without needing to contact us. Employees should feel free to check out the following before submitting a request.
Mac: Access Self Service
- Start a Spotlight search by pressing Command + Space, type Self Service, and press the return key. OR
- With the Finder active, choose Go > Applications and look for Self-Service.
Windows: Software Center

- If there is a Software Center icon on your desktop, double-click it to launch. OR
- Click ‘Start‘ on the taskbar -> type Software Center and press the Enter key.
