Mobile Device Support

What Is It?

Employees and students can submit a work order call, email, or walk up for mobile device support. In some cases, the Service Desk will need to escalate work orders to the other operational areas of OIT to solve technology issues.

Who Is Eligible to Use This Service?

Employees and students can seek mobile device support for college-owned devices or services. Support for personal devices is limited to basic troubleshooting where related to college services.
