Parking Permit

What Is It?

Employees are required to obtain a parking permit to park in Employee parking designated areas.  GCC is now using online software that allows employees to register or update their information, their vehicles, receive temporary parking permits and view/appeal citations.  

  • Employees must be Full time, OYO Full Time, Faculty or Adjunct Faculty to receive a parking permit.
    • Employees vehicle must be registered in Maricopa County and have passed any required emissions tests. 
    • Employees must provide proof of registration to receive permanent parking permit.
    • Temporary paper decals may be issued for temporary use of another vehicle or if the employee currently has a vehicle with out of state license plates.

Parking decals must be removed when

  • Ownership of the vehicle changes.
  • Association with the college ends.
  • Change of vehicle requiring a permit replacement.
  • A new parking decal is received.

Who Is Eligible to Use This Service?

The following employment types are eligible for parking permits:

  • Full Time Employee
  • OYO Full Time Employees
  • Faculty
  • Adjunct Faculty

The following employment types are not eligible for parking permits:

  • Temporary Employees
  • Part Time Employees
  • Student Employees
  • Contract Employees

Please note each employee is limited to 3 Active Parking Permits.
