Request/Remove Access

What Is It?

A shared drive is a network drive that enables users to search, access, and share files between computers and other devices. An individual or a team can manage or view content in the shared drive folders.

Who Is Eligible to Use This Service?

Employees can use this service. 

Where Can I Get It?

If you need to request or remove access to a shared drive you can use the Request/Remove access button. You will need supervisor approval to request access for yourself. Please ensure the employee who needs access granted (if not yourself) AND their supervisor are copied on the request. Be sure to include the level of access that is needed. Read Only access will allow access to view the content of the requested folder and all sub-folders but they will not be able to modify the content. Read/Write access will allow access to view and modify the content of the requested folder and all sub-folders.
