How do I Request Secure Access to Enterprise Applications?
Most account access at MCCCD happens automatically, but occasionally you may need to request access to a system or request elevated access.
Student Information System (SIS):
SIS security requests have transitioned to a dynamic form found on the GCC employee intranet. If you require new or modified access to the SIS system, please have the department supervisor complete and submit the form for review and processing. Enterprise Application Security Request.
Financial Management System (FMS):
Please complete the Enterprise Application Security Form (linked below) and email it as an attachment to fiscal@gccaz.edu.
Human Capital Management (HCM):
Please complete the Enterprise Application Security Form (linked below) and upload it as an attachment using the Request Support button to the right.
