To troubleshoot camera access issues please use these tips:

Check Network Connections: Ensure your computer is connected to the GCC network and has access to the Internet. 

Reboot PC: Reboot your PC to ensure that the computer is not the cause of the issue. 

Software Restart: Restart the camera viewing software (ex. Ocularis) to see if this resolves the issue.

Contact Support: If the issue persists, contact the OIT support team for further assistance. Be sure to include what actions you have taken to resolve the issue, the symptoms you are experiencing, and any additional information IT teams will need for troubleshooting.
