Employees are encouraged to serve on jury duty and fulfill their court-related, civic obligations. Maricopa Community Colleges provides full-time regular classified, non-classified staff and full-time regular faculty paid time off to do so without a change in status or loss of pay. Details are located in the Staff Policy Manual: Policy A-6 and the Residential Faculty Agreement Article 12.3. This article covers some of the details of the MCCCD Jury Duty & Material Witness policy.
