Overview
After submitting a ticket request a technician or app admin user can make updates to the request via the Client Portal.
A client only type user can only withdraw, add attachments, or comment.

Updating a Ticket Request
- Navigate to Services > Tickets Requests
- If necessary, modify the search criteria.
- Click the search button.
- Select the title link of the ticket in which you would like to open.
- Once opened, you may update or comment, view feed, withdraw request, and add attachments.
- Click the save button if updates were made. Your action will be captured in the feed section of the ticket.
