How to View My Tickets in the Client Portal?

Overview

After submitting a ticket request a technician or app admin user can make updates to the request via the Client Portal.

A client only type user can only withdraw, add attachments, or comment.

Updating a Ticket Request 

  1. Navigate to Services > Tickets Requests 
  2. If necessary, modify the search criteria.
  3. Click the search button. 
  4. Select the title link of the ticket in which you would like to open. 
    • Once opened, you may update or comment, view feed, withdraw request, and add attachments.
  5. Click the save button if updates were made. Your action will be captured in the feed section of the ticket.
