How to Access and Use Adobe Creative Cloud Apps

Overview

This article explains how to sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud using the installed Creative Cloud Desktop App or Adobe Acrobat DC, and how to verify that the correct license is assigned to your account. When you sign in through the Creative Cloud application, you are automatically signed in to all installed Adobe applications on your device.

Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Open or search for Adobe Creative Cloud from the Start Menu (Windows) or Applications folder (MacOS).
  • At the Adobe login screen:
    • Email Address: @maricopa.edu

Press Continue to be redirected to your MCCCD Login.

  • At the Maricopa login screen:
  • Enter your MEID@maricopa.edu (e.g., JOE123456@maricopa.edu) and click Next.

Important Note: The District Office login may differ from your campus-specific login. For assistance, please contact your local help desk.

  • Enter your MEID password and select Next.
  • Complete the DUO authentication process.

Once logged in, you will be directed to the Adobe Creative Cloud Dashboard.

  • In the Creative Cloud Desktop App, open the All Apps workspace from the top banner.
  • From here, you can install any available applications assigned to your account.

Creative Cloud for Home Use

To use your assigned applications at home or on a personal device, download the Creative Cloud Desktop App at https://creativecloud.adobe.com.

To begin, first sign in to the Adobe website:

  • Select Sign In at the top-right of the Adobe website.
  • Follow the same login steps listed above.

After signing in, you can download the Creative Cloud Desktop App:

  • Click Desktop Apps in the upper-right corner.
  • Select Install next to Creative Cloud.
  • Save and run the installer.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation.

  • When installation finishes, you will be prompted to sign in again with your MCCCD credentials.

Once logged in, you will return to the Adobe Creative Cloud Dashboard, where you may install any applications assigned to your account.
