Faculty and Staff users are unable to sign into the Webex application while joining a meeting
When attempting to sign into the Webex Application while joining a meeting, faculty and staff receive an "email not found" error. Users are able to sign in at https://maricopa.webex.com
Causes
The current version of Webex currently uses an older version of the application when joining meetings via link.
Steps
- Close the Webex application where you are attempting to join.
- In your Start Menu or Applications list, locate the Webex Application.
- Open this application and attempt to sign in again.
- Once logged in on the application, click the Join Meeting link to relaunch webex and join your meeting.
