Issue with InfoPath Licensing in SharePoint Lists

Problem

User receives the error message "Sorry, you don't have a license to use InfoPath Forms Services." when trying to add a new item to a list in SharePoint. 

Error message "Sorry, you don't have a license to use InfoPath Forms Services."

Resolution

In SharePoint Online, users need a license that includes InfoPath Forms Services, which is available with SharePoint Plan 2, Office 365 Enterprise E3 or Office 365 Enterprise E5

Submit a request to DO-IT-Desktop Support requesting one the the above licenses.
