Page Block \ Validation Error

Escalation Ticket for Validation Error / Page Block

If an MCCCD student has experienced a Validation Error/Page Block when accessing a Maricopa website, please follow the steps below to create an escalation ticket to the Maricopa Community Colleges.

Ticket

Gather information

It is critical to obtain the following information for the Service Desk ticket:

  • First and Last Name
  • MEID Number
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Page Block Support ID (Only available on Page Block Error)
  • Student's IP Address: What is my IP?

Create Ticket

Create a ticket: DO Page Block Ticket
