Adding printers to an Apple laptop from Jamf Self Serve

 

Steps

Self Serve

  • Open Self Serve from the Menu Bar.
  • Under Browse, click the Printers category.
  • Find the printer you wish to install and click Install.

Troubleshooting / Notes

  • If you cannot find the printer, it might help to search the printer name in the search box.
  • If still not found, please put in a helpdesk ticket to add the printer to Jamf.
