Accessing Network Drives Remotely (Windows)

The below instructions will help you navigate the process for mapping a Network Drive on a Windows computer.
Note: You MUST be connected to the VPN before proceeding.

 You will then need to create a new drive folder to do this please access your File Explorer (generally located on the bottom bar of your computer).

1. Scroll down to "This PC".

2. Right-click on This PC and then click on "Map Network Drive".​​​​​​

 

3. Please click on an Available Drive letter that is not already in use. You can mirror H/S if you would like.


Home Drive Folder:
\\gccaz.edu\home\"YourMEID"
**Replace "YourMEID" with your actual MEID**


Shared Drive Folder:
\\gccaz.edu\shared

Check off the box for "Connect using different credientials"
Username: mcccd-org\"YourMEID"
**Replace "YourMEID" with your actual MEID**
Password will be your network password

4. Click on Finish
