File Management (Shared Drive)

What Is It?

A shared drive is a network drive that enables users to search, access, and share files between computers and other devices.

Who Is Eligible to Use This Service?

Employees and students are eligible to use the shared drive (where required). It is not common for students to use the shared drive, though access may be needed for certain courses.

Where Can I Get It?

After logging on to the computer go to File Explorer and you will see the “S:” Drive.  Inside the S: drive are folders that you have access to.
Use of the S: drive must comply with the MCCCD Technology Resource Standards
