Overview
iPaaS provides a variety of customization options, including advanced TeamDynamix workflows (including workflow functionality not native to TDX), as well as the creation of advanced TDX forms.
Note: Because IPaaS is a powerful customization tool, access to the iPaaS apps should be limited to no more than two administrators per college: one primary user and one backup.
Access the iPaaS Interface
In TeamDynamix Work Management interface (TDWorkManagement), click View Applications at the top of the page, then select the iPaaS tile.

Response Template: TDX - iPaaS App Admin Access
If this request was submitted as a ticket, please feel free to use the TDX - iPaaS App Admin Access response template to quickly reply to the customer with included resources.
Keep in mind that any Additional Resources included in the response may need to be shared with requested user(s) so they can access the links.
To do this, navigate to the specific folder or document referenced in the response, open the sharing settings, and grant access by setting their permission level to Viewer. This ensures that users can view the resources without being able to edit or modify them.
