Starting on May 18th 2026, DUO will no longer be supporting phone calls or texts as a verification method.
You can add a security key as an alternative method to authenticate your log in credentials. Below are instructions that show how to do so on Mac and Windows computers. These instructions are valid to use before the 18th of May.
This security key option is available for individuals with phones that are not compatible with DUO push notifications.
This includes flip-phones, light phones, older Android phones and iPhone models with an outdated iOS version.
District IT recommends the following security keys as they have been tested thoroughly to work in our environment.
The Phoenix College campus bookstore may have security keys available to purchase.
