Resolution
If you are receiving one of these messages, and you believe that you should be licensed for Microsoft 365, please ensure you are trying to access the correct version of the Microsoft 365 products with the correct login credentials.
- In a browser, navigate to https://www.microsoft365.com
- If you are already logged into a Maricopa system in this browser, Single Sign-On (SSO) should log you into the site, otherwise user your MEID@maricopa.edu credentials to log in when prompted
- Once logged in, validate you are able to see a list of Apps in the navigation on the left. If you cannot see any apps there, click the Apps button and see if it shows any items
These are the applications associated with your current Maricopa Microsoft 365 License. If you have accessed another site or used different credentials to log in, then you are not accessing the Maricopa licensed Microsoft 365 products.
