When should you use these services?
Select an option to the right, depending on your needs:
- Item Type Creation -
A new or updated item type;
Item types are used for funding scholarships, grants and other financial related transactions in SIS
- Student Group Creation -
Add students to a student group;
Student groups are used for tracking cohorts of students. Students can be loaded into groups from a flat file
- Assign Service Indicator -
Assign service indicators to students; Service Indicators can be assigned to a group of students from a flat file
- Post Payments/Charges -
Student Payment/Charge posting; Charges or payments can be posted to a group of students from a flat file
- Prior Term Copy -
Roll Schedule Data over term to term; Schedules are rolled over from Fall to Fall, Spring to Spring or Summer to Summer to assist with schedule building
- External Org ID -
Create a new External Organization ID; Used for posting transfer credit, dual enrollment, or 3rd party billing and other tasks in SIS
- Academic Organization -
Create or update an Academic Organization;
Subjects in SIS are assigned to Academic Organizations which are used in the catalog and in schedule building
- Instructor Approval -
Update Instructor Approval; Instructor assignment approval queue is maintained by the SIS Student Records team
- Checklist Setup -
New/Update Checklist item; Checklist items are created or updated and assigned to students in batch
- Clock Plan Setup -
Update an existing Clock plan
