Report an Issue

When should you use this service?

Use this service if a student or a group of students are having an issue with one of the following:

• Attendance Tracking - Report an issue with the Attendance Tracking module
• Instructor Approval - Report an issue with an instructor approval
• SIS Financial Aid - Report an issue related to loans, grants, packaging, SAP, FACA, Academic Level, Federal Work Study or anything else FA related
• SIS Student Financials - Report an issue related to payments, charges, tuition calculation, Nelnet, cashiering, 3rd party, or other SF tasks
• SIS Student Records - Report an issue related to​​​​​​​ program/plan stack, graduation, enrollment, bio/demo information, term activation, class scheduling or other student records related tasks​​​​​​​
• Academic Advising - Report an issue related to​​​​​​​ Degree Progress Report, course prerequisites, advisor notes, advisor assignment, the Advisee Management Tool or transfer credit​​​​​​​
