When should you use these services?
Select your desired option on the right, depending on your needs:
- DO New Hire - Submit this request when you hire or are requesting a transfer for a District Employee
- DO Employee Departure - Supervisors/Managers can use this request when a District Office employee departs the DO
NOTE: These requests are for District Office employees only and will be managed by the the DO Service Desk, with additional team involvement as needed.
