When should you use this service?
This service should only be used by Canvas college admins to request the creation of a new Canvas Cloud (aka Admin) account for users needing Account Role access to Canvas for things like Canvas support or LTI "admin" access (i.e. Dropout Detective). It should NOT be used to request addition of regular MEID staff, faculty or student accounts to Canvas.
