How to Sign-in to Cisco Jabber

Instructions

  1. Click Windows button and search for “Jabber” or choose Cisco Jabber from Apps list

    a. If not present, open the Software Center (Windows) or Self Service (Mac) and choose the option to install Cisco Jabber. 
  2. If you’ve previously logged in and are getting errors, reset Jabber by clicking the gear icon in the top right corner and choosing File -> Reset Jabber.

  3. Try signing on again and accept any pop-ups, if necessary. 

  4. Log in with MEID@pc.maricopa.edu and click continue

  5. Once the 2nd login screen opens, login with your MEID and password and click Login (DO NOT include @maricopa.edu)

 

**NOTE: The following special characters in a password may cause issues with logging in: @ # $ % ^ & ' < > ? /  Space

Click on the green icon near the bottom of the window if it looks like a phone (If it looks like a computer, there is no need to proceed with the following steps)

6.  Click the menu where it shows the Cisco phone

 

7.  Choose the Use My Computer option

You can now use the webcam, microphone, and speakers connected to the device to make phone calls.
