What Else Should I Know?

Any departmental software will also need to have a budget to fund the purchase and ongoing maintenance costs.

We will review software requests in the order they are received. For new software, please submit requests for the Fall semester by May 15th, requests for the Spring semester by October 15th, and requests for the Summer semester by February 15th. Please allow 7-10 business days for the request to be reviewed. 

Software requests require six to eight weeks for processing.  All new software, regardless of cost, will need to be reviewed by district legal for terms and conditions as well as reviewed internally for information security.
