Overview

Maricopa Community Colleges provides free access to Microsoft 365 Copilot (formerly Microsoft Office 365), Google Drive, and many other software programs for all currently enrolled students.

Microsoft 365 Copilot includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Access, and more. These apps can be used online or installed on your devices, ensuring compatibility with your instructors and classmates.

  1. Open a web browser and go to πŸ‘‰ https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps


     

  2. Enter your student email address (yourMEID@maricopa.edu) β†’ Press Tab.

    • You’ll be redirected to the Maricopa authentication page.

    • Enter your MEID password.

  3.  

  1. After sign-in, you’ll land on the Microsoft 365 Copilot dashboard.

  2. In the left navigation, select Apps β†’ then choose Install Apps.

  1. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

  2. Search for and install the following apps:

    • Microsoft Word

    • Microsoft Excel

    • Microsoft PowerPoint

    • Microsoft Outlook

    • Microsoft OneDrive

  3. Open any app β†’ Sign in with your student email + MEID password.
