Microsoft Office 365

As a student or employee of Maricopa Community Colleges, you have free access to Microsoft Office 365, a comprehensive suite of productivity tools that includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneNote, and more. Office 365 is available for both online and offline use, providing flexibility to help you excel in your studies or work. Users can install the software on up to five computers and five mobile devices, with OneDrive available for automatic device syncing.

Licensing Information: Full-time staff, full-time faculty, and students are eligible to download and use Office 365 applications on personal devices. However, part-time staff, adjunct faculty, and contingent workers are now limited to using Office 365 in the cloud and can no longer download applications for home use. Use the following links to access the web versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Most Windows computers come with the apps already installed

If you already have MS Office installed, skip to the last step and sign in with your Maricopa credentials (MEID@maricopa.edu and password)

To download and access your Microsoft Office, follow the appropriate steps below.

 Login to Microsoft Online

 

 

You will be redirected to the Maricopa website for credential verification > Continue to login

 

 Download and install Office 365 Apps

 

If not prompted when opening one of the apps, look to the top right to sign in > Login using your (MEID)@maricopa.edu & password
