Email Inbox Configuration

To add your new email or Distribution List (DL) email to your email inbox.

 

1. Navigate to your inbox and select the settings icon and "See all settings"

 

2. Select "Accounts" then "Add another email address"

 

 

3. Add your name and email and Select "Treat as an alias" only for employee aliases (first.last@scottsdalecc.edu), then Click "Next Step"

Note: For DL group emails, Deselect "Treat as an alias", then Click "Next Step"

 

Note: Once you successfully add your email, you can add as the "default email", within the Accounts setting area once the email is created.

 

4. Send Verification for DL's only:

 

5. To add a group DL email address, click on the link in the confirmation email. You may access the email via the Google Group inbox or ask another group member to click the link on your  behalf.
