What Is It?
SIS or Student Information System is the Maricopa County Community College District system for storing all Student related data and records. Access to this system is tightly controlled and Employees who need access to it will have to go through several trainings as well as fill out the Enterprise Application Security Request form, available at the bottom of this page.
Who Is Eligible to Use This Service?
Employees and Faculty. You cannot directly request access to the system, this request must be filled out by your immediate supervisor. If you need any additional assistance with this process, please reach out to the Service Desk here.
Where Can I Get It?
Click the "Submit a SIS Access Request" button to the right to start the request. Please ensure you download, fill out and attach the Enterprise Application Security Request form that is located below to your request.
To request, revoke or modify access, please fill out the below for PRIOR to filling out a ticket.
