If you are unable to log in to your school account to submit a request, please call our Service Desk at (480) 423-6274 option 3.
Where Can I Get It?
Simply click on the "Submit a Service Request" button on the right of this page, fill out the request form to the best of your knowledge (The more info the better!) and our Service Desk will route the request to the appropriate team for further action.
