What Is It?
Canvas Support at the SCC (College) level support consists of; troubleshooting a Canvas course issue (i.e. a student is not showing up in a Canvas course correctly), needing a Canvas shell for course development, a sandbox, club, etc. and advanced troubleshooting within our District Canvas instance.
This service can also be used to schedule training/development requests for courses in Canvas.
Who Is Eligible to Use This Service?
Staff and Faculty.
Students should refer to the SCC HelpDesk during business hours. For after hours help, students should refer to the embedded Canvas support page located on the left sidebar within Canvas. You can log into to your Canvas page here. Once logged in, click on the sidebar "Help" icon, as seen in the below screen shot:
