Instructional Technology services and consultation provide both the mechanics or how-to’s of using a tool AND the best practices (pedagogy) for using that tool in alignment with learning objectives. Visit us for help with CTL-supported instructional technologies, including Nearpod, Kahoot, H5P, Genially, SoftChalk, etc. We can also help departments wanting to purchase software.
Issues and requests related to carts and vehicles on campus, including maintenance, damage, or other functional problems.
Canvas support is available for all employees (faculty and staff). The CTL handles tickets student-escalated tickets. When contacting us, please include your MEID, 5-digit course section number, and as many details as possible about the problem or help you need (e.g., the name and location of the assignment).
Provide feedback on the PC Service Portal, including suggestions on services that can be requested or knowledge base articles.
Issues involving deliberate destruction of or damage to public or private property.
Issues and requests related to plumbing on campus, including leaks, odors, and drains.
Ad hoc requests for data, reports, or data analysis
Request any changes for the PC Service Portal (TeamDynamix), including adding/updating forms, adding/removing users, adding/updating services, or general consulting.
This service is to gather asset information from employees as part of the district inventory process.
The Sidewalk area on the Northeast corner of the A Building has large quantities of Bird Droppings that needs to be removed.
Request to create a new dashboard or modify an existing dashboard
Requests pertaining to any machinery, tool, appliance, apparatus, or installation used at work.
