Timsheet and Payroll Questions


Canvas support is available for all employees (faculty and staff). The CTL handles tickets student-escalated tickets. When contacting us, please include your MEID, 5-digit course section number, and as many details as possible about the problem or help you need (e.g., the name and location of the assignment).


Instructional Technology services and consultation provide both the mechanics or how-to’s of using a tool AND the best practices (pedagogy) for using that tool in alignment with learning objectives. Visit us for help with CTL-supported instructional technologies, including Nearpod, Kahoot, H5P, Genially, SoftChalk, etc. We can also help departments wanting to purchase software.


Requests pertaining to any machinery, tool, appliance, apparatus, or installation used at work.


Requests for pest control services, such as insect or rodent removal.


Issues and requests regarding general maintenance that aren't covered by other services, such as furniture moves, key requests, and general building maintenance like ceilings, carpets, and roofs.


Requests regarding the separation of an employee from Phoenix College, including retirement and transfers.


Questions around staff and faculty policies and guidelines.


For the verification of employment history, processing public service loan forgiveness forms, requesting former employee pay stubs, or obtaining W-2 forms.


Requests for custodial services, such as cleaning a space or removing trash.


General policy questions regarding progressive discipline, employee complaints, or management concerns.


Issues and requests related to plumbing on campus, including leaks, odors, and drains.


Request to create a new dashboard or modify an existing dashboard


Request the refresh/replacement of an existing device.


Request a device for a new employee or an employee that has not had a device issued to them before.
