Instructional Technology services and consultation provide both the mechanics or how-to’s of using a tool AND the best practices (pedagogy) for using that tool in alignment with learning objectives. Visit us for help with CTL-supported instructional technologies, including Nearpod, Kahoot, H5P, Genially, SoftChalk, etc. We can also help departments wanting to purchase software.
Canvas support is available for all employees (faculty and staff). The CTL handles tickets student-escalated tickets. When contacting us, please include your MEID, 5-digit course section number, and as many details as possible about the problem or help you need (e.g., the name and location of the assignment).
Issues with existing hardware to include computer, tablet, monitor, or peripherals in an workspace not working properly.
Requests pertaining to any machinery, tool, appliance, apparatus, or installation used at work.
Request to create a new dashboard or modify an existing dashboard
Submit a request to have new or existing software installed on a college-owned device. This includes desktop applications, mobile apps, and specialized academic software, ensuring all installations meet security and licensing requirements.
