Visit us for help with CTL-supported instructional technologies, including Nearpod, Kahoot, H5P, Genially, SoftChalk, etc. We can also help departments wanting to purchase software.

Request to move equipment to a new location.


Canvas support is available for all employees (faculty and staff). The CTL handles tickets student-escalated tickets. When contacting us, please include your MEID, 5-digit course section number, and as many details as possible about the problem or help you need (e.g., the name and location of the assignment).


Issues and requests to repair walls, cracks, or paint surfaces.


Request any changes for the PC Service Portal (TeamDynamix), including adding/updating forms, adding/removing users, adding/updating services, or general consulting.


Request the surplus of a tagged inventory item.


Requests for custodial services, such as cleaning a space or removing trash.


Issues with the heating and cooling systems on campus.


Issues and requests regarding general maintenance that aren't covered by other services, such as furniture moves, key requests, and general building maintenance like ceilings, carpets, and roofs.


Requests for carpentry services on campus, such as cabinetry, furniture, and door repairs.


Ad hoc requests for data, reports, or data analysis


This service is to gather asset information from employees as part of the district inventory process.


Issues and requests related to electrical systems on campus, including lighting, generators, or other power systems.


Request use of the campus vehicles managed by IT (Box truck and GMC Sierra).
