Drain Issue

Any issue related to drains, such as blockage, backup, slow drain, and/or misuse of drains.

Faucet

Issue with a faucet. Leak, low water pressure, broken, etc.

Garbage Disposal

Issue with a garbage disposal. Leak, does not turn on, backup, etc.

Leak

Any fluid escaping through a hole or crack.

Odor

Any odor outside of a normal scent.

Toilet/Urinal

Any issue with a toilet or urinal. Flapper, flush valve, leaking, bad seal, clogged, overflowing, etc.
