Dynamic Forms troubleshooting

If you're having trouble logging into a Dynamic Form with your Maricopa credentials, follow these steps:

 

  • Try logging into your Student Email or the Student Center (without using a saved password) to ensure you're using the correct Username and password. 

 

  • If you're unable to log in, click on the "Forgot my password" link or visit the SCC Help Desk for further assistance.

 

  • Ensure you're using the short version of your Username without the "@maricopa.edu".

 

  • Dynamic Forms may work better in some browsers than others. If you're experiencing issues, try using a different browser.

 

  • If you still cannot access the form, clear you browser cache and try again: Instructions

 

  • Last option would be to open a Guest Browser and navigate to the form. Select below for your particular browser:

 

 

 

                                                                                                                                                       

Chrome: Select profile or for PC (Ctrl > Shift > M) or for Mac  (command > shift > M), then select Guest

 

 

 

 

​​Firefox: Select application menu >  New private window or for PC (Ctrl > Shift > P) or for Mac  (command > shift > P)

 

 

 

 

 

Safari: Select File > New Private Window or (command > shift > N)

 

 

 

 

 

EdgeSelect Settings >  New InPrivate window or (command > shift > N)
